Dining Like a Star in Old Hollywood
Food so well-themed, you will feel transported to another land.
Walt Disney World is the place to go for a foodie, and it has some of the best restaurants in the world! Each park has its share of Quick Service restaurants, Table Service restaurants, and Snack places.
A Quick Service restaurant is where you order food and pick it up at the window, and it will be an entire meal. This will a seat yourself, and a reservation is not required. Think of Quick Service like a fast food restaurant or cafe but immensely better quality.
Table Service is when you make a reservation, are seated by a hostess, and you are served by a waiter. Most of these require advanced dining reservations, but there is always a chance at getting a walk up reservation.
Snack places are more like a grab and go or a quick service without a full meal, but a lot of them will keep you full until the next meal time!

My Favorites
Commissary Lane
ABC Commissary is easy to get a quick bite and get off your feet, but the food is not exquisite. Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater has some tasty, albeit greasy food, but every bite is delicious, and the atmosphere is super cool, unlike any dining experience. If your family does not want to eat in the dark and watch a film, this may not be the place for you.

Echo Lake
50s Prime Time has good food, but the whole premise is for the waitresses to scold you in a 50s manner for not having manners, so prepare yourself. Tune-In Lounge is the bar attached to this café. Backlot Express’s claim to fame is the Wookie Cookie, and Dockside Diner is a neat place to see even if you do not get food there. Hollywood & Vine is a lot of food and fun for character dining, but the food is mediocre.

Grand Avenue
I cannot stop drooling when I think about the pretzel at Baseline Tap House, so do not skip this one! Mama Melrose cooks up some fine pizza, and Grand Avenue takes you back to that hole in the wall Italian joint from home. Any of these are going to satisfy.

Hollywood Boulevard
I find that my older clients (parents with grown kids) really love The Hollywood Brown Derby because of the old Hollywood feel and the five star service. This is a great meal to relax and have some fine dining in Hollywood Studios.

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge
Surprisingly, Star Wars has some great food options if you can get past the weird food names and odd presentations. Just remember, dining in the galaxy has to appeal to all species! The Ronto Roaster is an easy win for me, and the Surly Sarlacc (pink cocktail) at Docking Bay 7 can get you in trouble because it is so tasty!

Most of these snacks are going to satisfy you long enough to get to the next ride, but Fairfax Fare rally does have some neat options, and Rosie’s is truly All-American, so you are bound to find something you enjoy!

Tomorrowland
My family adores the cream cheese pretzel from The Lunching Pad, but it is a bit rich for me, so try to share! Tomorrowland is a quick grab a snack land, so I do not recommend trying to have a great meal here unless you are simply killing time between attractions.

Toy Story Land
Yes to both of these! The theming alone will knock your socks off, and they are equally amazing! If you want to sit down, do Round Up Rodeo, and if you want to go more quickly, do Woody’s. You will be 100% happy either way you go! I cannot recommend these enough!
