Lindsay really knows what she is doing when it comes to any kind of travel. She is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to Disney. I can only imagine how good she is with other destinations. She made my experience a real pleasure, and it is nice that she is a local travel agent in Tuscaloosa, which is exactly what I was looking for. It’s so nice when everything is mapped out perfectly and all you have to do is have fun. I truly recommend Lindsay for all your travel needs, you will not be disappointed. I am a planner and I am also extremely independent. So when I told my friend about my family's plans to go to Disney and she told me about her friend who plans Disney trips I first brushed it off, thinking that I would research and plan everything myself. Needless to say, when I dove in I was so overwhelmed! I asked my friend about her friend, and Lindsay to the rescue!!! This was the first time I have ever used a travel agent, but it was absolutely necessary! Lindsay was there for us every step of the way. She was available at all times of the day to answer even the most mundane and repetitive questions. And I never thought of her as a travel agent. I thought of her as a friend with all of the most magical advice! From helping us with our initial plans (tickets, room, travel), and getting up at the crack of dawn to get us reservations to all of the restaurants she helped us select, to messaging us on the trip to make sure we were settled and having the best time ever, she was absolutely AMAZING! I am indebted to her and can't wait for her to help us plan all of our future Disney trips!

Lindsay did a fantastic job setting up our Universal/Disney Cruise Line vacation. She made sure I knew when to do the online check-in and helped answer questions about the excursions.
