Walt Disney World is the place to go for a foodie, and it has some of the best restaurants in the world! Each park has its share of Quick Service restaurants, Table Service restaurants, and Snack places.
A Quick Service restaurant is where you order food and pick it up at the window, and it will be an entire meal. This will be a seat yourself, and a reservation is not required. Think of Quick Service like a fast food restaurant or cafe but immensely better quality.
Table Service is when you make a reservation, are seated by a hostess, and you are served by a waiter. Most of these require advanced dining reservations, but there is always a chance at getting a walk up reservation.
Snack places are more like a grab and go or a quick service without a full meal, but a lot of them will keep you full until the next meal time!
EPCOT has the best food of any of the theme parks! The only places with comparable food options are Disney Springs and select Resorts on property.

My Favorites
World Celebration
Connections Cafe is one of the newer eateries in EPCOT because there needed to be a good spot to grab a bite in the new World Celebration Land! There is plenty of room to sit and plenty of options for everyone, and it is also a great place if one of your littles is not going to be riding Guardians of the Galaxy, and you need a place to rest!
World Discovery
Space 220 definitely wins for atmosphere and experience, but the food at the Table Service is mediocre at best. We did not have a great experience, but several clients have said the small snacks and drinks at the Lounge Experience are great, and you are still able to get the full experience of going to space!
World Nature
Coral Reef Restaurant is right in the aquarium, and the food is yummy! Garden Grill has All You Care to Enjoy phenomenal food, and it is a great character experience to see Chip, Dale, Mickey, and Pluto! If you want a quick bite before a ride, Sunshine Seasons is quick and has great options. There is plenty of seating in here as well.
World Showcase
World Showcase has so many fantastic options of Table Service, Quick Service, and snacks! The most exciting time is during a festival so you can get small tastes from each country. Take a look at the menus at the food booths because you can often get a small version of some of the food at the restaurants without needing a reservation, and the menus change often for each event! As far as food goes, you cannot beat the options at World Showcase when it comes to taste, atmosphere, and experience!
